Help with ColorMixer for iPhone and iPad.

Mixing on iPad

Choose at least two colors to start a mix. Drag in Explore to try different blends, or switch to Recipe to adjust the ring and ingredient parts. Both presentations use the same recipe. Save a mix to return to it from Saved.

Unmix and convert

Choose a target color to find a suggested recipe. You can use the basic colors or your own colors as candidates. An optional source color lets you explore what to add to an existing paint.

Restore an unlock

Use Restore purchase in the unlock prompt while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. A purchase awaiting approval stays pending until Apple approves or declines it; you can continue using the app meanwhile.

Camera and photos

Camera access is optional. If it was denied, allow it in Settings for ColorMixer, or use Photo Library instead. Move and zoom the selected photo under the circle to pick a color.

Paint libraries and saved data

Paint-library updates download from our online catalog. If an update cannot be downloaded, the app continues using its available libraries. My Colors and saved recipes are stored on your device; back up your device before uninstalling the app.

Physical paint results

Mixing previews and suggested recipes are estimates. Actual results depend on pigments, materials, opacity and lighting. Test a small amount before mixing a full batch.
